William H. Trayfors
Since early 1993, Mr. Trayfors has served as Chairman of the Washington Decision Support Group. He is deeply involved and committed in the area of evolving information technologies, especially as they relate to international development work. Mr. Trayfors brings to WDSG clients more than 30 years experience in policy formulation, strategy and project development, project implementation and evaluation in both the United States and overseas. His information technology experience runs from application development on early mainframes through advanced applications running on modern computer systems. His passion is ensuring that clients adopt systems that truly respond to their business needs.
Sandra L. Amendola
Ms. Amendola has served as President of the Washington Decision Support Group since 1993. She has over twenty-five years experience in the full spectrum of research, administration, and managerial functions. Ms. Amendola has a strong background in policy analysis, program planning and implementation, as well as all aspects of research analysis, evaluation and instrument design. She is highly proficient in assessing data needs and developing information system priorities, and is adept in the intricacies of liaison with both information providers and end users.
Scott Richard Berg
Mr. Berg is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the Washington Decision Support Group. He has more than twenty-five years experience in systems design and analysis, marketing, sales, computer applications and systems integration. With WDSG, Mr. Berg has managed a diverse project portfolio in areas including network performance, network security, local and wide area network design and deployment, intranet design and deployment, and Internet connectivity. Active in Internet issues since 1979 and a founding member of The LAN to Internet Network Consortium (LINC), he is an industry-recognized expert in the development and implementation of intranets.
E. Joseph Leger
Mr. Leger is Vice President for Application Development of the Washington Decision Support Group. With over ten years of experience designing, developing and implementing complex information management systems, Mr. Leger provides a key role in bridging gaps between needs analysis, project validity, functional specifications, technology requirements and systems architecture. With expertise in data modeling and analysis, he has served as principal architect on many large-scale client-server and web-based applications. Mr. Leger provides engineering team leadership through direction setting and management of project team members. In addition, he is responsible for the selection of development tool technologies as they relate to the rapid application development (RAD) of systems.
